WHICH IS THE DISPLAYED CURRENCY ON YOUR SHOP? CAN I PAY WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
The prices are all displayed in a limited amount of currencies but we accept international payments by foreign credit cards or with PayPal. The default currency is Canadian Dollars.
WHO HANDLES ANY IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES THAT MIGHT OCCUR?
If there are any import taxes or duties the customer is responsible to pay them upon product delivery.

Shipping Information

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We provide FREE worldwide shipping. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to a military area.
WHEN ARE GOING TO SEND MY ORDER?
We do our best to process every order within 2-5 business days. You should receive a notification when the item has been shipped. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Email us at info@bisonmobiles.com if you think there is something wrong.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders overseas by mail service. After processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. When the order arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. Please kindly contact your local post once the order arrives in your country for any enquiries.
WHY DIDN'T MY SHIPMENT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Through some clever logistics, we can ship our products directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Therefore, we may ship multiple piece orders from multiple locations to ensure your order arrives at you as fast as possible. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the tracking number to the email that you submitted when you placed your order and you can check your order's status HERE. Please note that the tracking information may be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. extreme weather conditions, customs or caused by the courier company. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has been shipped.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT HAPPENED?
If you have not received your tracking number within 2-4 business days after receiving the shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@bisonmobiles.com
THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THAT THE ORDER HAS ARRIVED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. WHAT DO I DO?
Call your local post office to clarify the situation! They have far more knowledge about your shipment than we do.

Returns & Refunds

I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING WITH MY ORDER, BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED. WHAT TO DO?
It is probably too late for us to change the order. If the address is incorrect, please email us the right address so that we may send the package again once it comes back to us.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. WHAT TO DO?

THE CONTENT OF THE SHIPMENT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED
We sometimes make mistakes and are sorry about that. Please contact us at info@bisonmobiles.com and give us your order number on the subject of the email. Please include pictures of the product and the packaging. We will do our best to solve this issue for you quickly.
WHAT TO DO WHEN I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
Sometimes the carrier mishandles the parcels and a product can be damaged during shipping. You should first try to open the package and see if the product inside is also damaged. If there is anything wrong with it, please contact us at  info@bisonmobiles.com (you should include your order number in the subject of the email) and include pictures of the products and the packaging. We will do our best to accommodate you quickly.
